| All About Jim & Liz Baker |
Jim Baker was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After moving from San
Juan, he and his family settled in Little Rock, Arkansas where he began
school and continued through college at the University of Arkansas at
Little Rock.
Jim served in the Army National Guard and Reserve for a period of 12
years. As an non-commissioned officer he knew that being a Godly
example in his unit was the most important aspect of being in the
military. That never changed as he received his commission as a 2nd
Lieutenant and attained the rank of Captain before leaving the military.
Jim was taught to lead by example and believes this attribute can be
applied right now in the real estate business.
At a young age he landed his first real job at a Shoney’s restaurant in
Little Rock, Arkansas. As he learned to serve and care for people, he
realized that he was not in the food business but actually in the people
business. After 20 years in the restaurant business, Jim concluded that
what he had learned about helping people could be applied to his
clients in real estate. He knows that by serving others and helping them
realize their dreams, everyone will win! Jim invites you to let him help
you fulfill your real estate goals as you relocate to NW Arkansas.
Liz Baker was born and raised in El Dorado, Arkansas. After high
school, she attended Ouachita Baptist University in Arkadelphia,
receiving a Bachelor of Science in Education. After teaching for several
years ,she went back to school and earned a Master’s of Education
degree. She has taught school in El Dorado, Springdale and now
teaches in the Bentonville Public Schools. Her knowledge of NW
Arkansas' schools provides valuable information for families relocating
to the area. Liz and her husband Jim, reside in Cave Springs and attend
Fellowship Bible Church.
Liz has come to the understanding that all of her education and
experience with people can be applied to her career in real estate. She
has a great desire to help her clients attain their dream by helping them
