Tom &  Joyce
With families hailing from Arkansas since the turn of the century, Tom
and Joyce Dial moved to Northwest Arkansas in Spring of 1985.
Over the years, they have become familiar with NW Arkansas and gotten
to personally know many wonderful folks in the area.
When Tom and Joyce take a break from happily serving the real estate
community, they spend their time raising, riding, and selling
good-natured mules from two of the best jacks in the country. Tom also
judges the annual Pea Ridge Mule Jump held in Pea Ridge AR.

An ex-Marine, Tom began his career in real estate in Northwest Arkansas
to help others buy and sell residential,rural and commercial properties.
He sold over two million dollars in real estate during his first year at
Coldwell Banker, earning the titles Rookie of the Year in the Springdale
office, Second Highest Listing Agent in the office and Third Highest
Listing Agent for the entire organization.
In his second year, he was a top producer in the state of Arkansas,
selling almost eight million dollars' worth of real estate. He strives to set
new records for himself with each and every coming year.

C. Joyce Dial, Broker
Joyce, known as "Tom's better half," taught in the Springdale School
System for 20 years as a speech pathologist and first-grade teacher. Her
honor students chose her on two separate occasions to be featured in
Who's Who Among America's Teachers.  Her knowledge of NW
Arkansas' schools provides valuable information for families relocating
to the area.
A licensed real estate agent and a veteran of the insurance industry, she
has certified professional training from the Council of Residential
Specialists, and she oversees Dial Realty Group's operations. .
